Kama spent a day with Vittorio De Palma, resident chef at Luca's Restaurant inside Hotel La Gemma, Florence, one Michelin star. The day started at the market, continued at the Libreria Odeon, the city's historic bookshop, and ended in his kitchen. The content was prepared, the recipe was not: De Palma improvised the dish on the spot. Kama followed him through all of it, including two conversations with hotel concierges Chiara and Daniele, and turned the day into social content for the restaurant.
